近年来,我国经济社会各个行业领域都进入了转型发展新阶段,建筑行业也随之产生了巨大的变革,在城镇化进程不断发展的背景下,建筑工业化已经成为新型产业化中的重要组成部分,也成为建筑业发展的必然趋势。本文首先总结阐述了当前我国建筑工业化的发展现状以及实现工业化的必要性。根据当前建筑业推行新型建筑工业化过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。
In recent years, all sectors of our economy and society have entered a new phase of restructuring and development, and the construction industry has undergone tremendous changes. With the continuous development of urbanization, building industrialization has become an important part of the new industrialization , Has also become the inevitable trend of the construction industry. This article first summarizes the current development of China’s building industrialization and the necessity of industrialization. According to the current construction industry in the implementation of new building industrialization process of the problems were analyzed and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
