患者,男性,53岁。因咽部不适,异物堵塞感半年于1994年10月10日收入院。自述近半年来原因不明经常感觉咽部不适疼痛感,呈间断性阵发性钝痛,并有一肿物堵塞于咽喉部,可上下活动,逐渐增大,无憋气和吞咽困难,无声音嘶哑,说话不受影响。曾在当地医院就诊,按咽喉炎治疗,给予红霉素,谷维素及穿心莲等药物治疗,疗效不明显,遂来我院诊治。既往身体健康,无急、慢性传染病史,入院查体:全身及实
