一、森林火灾的时间.根据历年森林火灾发生的规律,全州规定每年11月至次年5月为森林防火期,1、2、4月为防火警戒期,以1976—1978年的火情记录为例,6年中全州共发生森林火灾24次,占79%.在防火期外,特别是在七、八月伏旱期,也曾发生过森林火灾,但已无火情记录可查.
