1992年2月10日,河北省科学技术委员会以冀科管字〔1992〕005号下达文件,通报了河北省1991年度科技期刊质量评比情况,《河北地质学院学报》被评为河北省1991年度优秀科学技术期刊。这次评比,是根据河北省科委制定的《河北省科学技术期刊质量评比奖励暂行办法》于1991年12月份进行的。评比采取了定性与定量相结合的百分制评分方法,评比标准包括政治标准、内容标准、编辑标准、出版标准和附加标准,在全省近180种科技期
