介绍了农村电话网程控交换机集中操作管理维护（ＣＯＡＭ）系统的设计和实现。该系统专用的数字链路板采用了ＳＳ７规范消息传递部分（ＭＴＰ）和数据链路连接控制部分（ＳＣＣＰ）最新技术，操作维护中心的ＣＯＡＭ功能采用了计算机局域网络技术。梅里斯邮电局开通该系统后，农话网监控自动化初步形成，程控维护向“无人值守、集中监控”方向迈出了可喜的一步，促进了农村交换点的建设和发展。
This paper introduces the design and implementation of centralized operation management and maintenance (COAM) system of PBX PBX in rural areas. The system-specific digital link board incorporates the latest technology in the SS7 specification messaging part (MTP) and data link connection control part (SCCP), and COAM features in the O & M center using computer local area network technology. After the opening of the system by the Mellis Post and Telecommunication Bureau, the automation of the monitoring and control of the agricultural network has taken shape and the program-controlled maintenance has taken a gratifying step in the direction of “unattended and centralized monitoring”, promoting the construction and development of rural exchange points.
