随着经济的高速发展,信息化时代的到来,我国的城市规划也进入了一个新的发展阶段。城市的合理发展,首先必须通过科学地预测和详细规划,明晰城市的性质、规模、发展方向和发展格局,在规划的指导和调控下,分阶段、有步骤地实现城市的发展目标。随着城市社会经济活动规模的扩大和城市系统整体功能的复杂化,对城市规划的要求不断提高,城市规划的重要性也更加突出。分析当今我国城市规划的现状,现针对目前我国城市规划现状作了系统梳理,并针对目前城市建设中存在的一些问题,提出在可持续发展观念下的城市规划一些思路。
With the rapid economic development and the advent of the information age, China’s urban planning has entered a new stage of development. First of all, the rational development of a city must be scientifically predicted and detailedly planned so as to clarify the nature, scale, development direction and development pattern of the city, and realize the urban development goal in stages and steps under the guidance and control of the planning. With the expansion of urban social and economic activities and the complexity of the overall function of urban system, the requirements for urban planning are constantly increasing, and the importance of urban planning is even more prominent. Analysis of the status quo of urban planning in our country today is now a systematic review of the current status of urban planning in our country and some ideas for urban planning under the concept of sustainable development are put forward in light of some existing problems in urban construction.
