通过热力学计算分析了渣铁间钒、硅、钛氧化物还原的难易程度;通过实验分析了影响渣铁间钒还原分配比及铁液中钒含量的因素。结果表明,较高温度利于钒的还原,温度控制在1 500℃左右较合适;碱度的增加有利于钒氧化物的还原;铁液中硅含量的增加有利于钒的还原,铁液中钒、钛含量均有增加。
The degree of difficulty in the reduction of vanadium, silicon and titanium oxides between slag and iron was analyzed by thermodynamic calculation. The factors influencing the reduction ratio of vanadium in slag and iron and vanadium content in iron liquid were analyzed experimentally. The results show that the higher temperature is favorable for the reduction of vanadium, and the temperature is controlled at about 1500 ℃. The increase of alkalinity is beneficial to the reduction of vanadium oxide. The increase of silicon content in molten iron is beneficial to the reduction of vanadium. , Titanium content has increased.
