《礼记》载:“师者,教之以事而喻诸徳也。”意思是:教师的职责是既要教学生有关具体事物的知识,又要让学生知道立身处事的品德。青少年学生具有向师性强、可塑性大的特点,他们往往把教师的一言一行、一举一动都作为自己学习的内容、仿效的榜样。因此教师必须规范自己的言行举止,以自己的“言”为学生之师,“行”为学生之范,真正履行“为人师表”的使命。
