采用数值模拟软件Fluent对100t氧气顶吹转炉三维流场进行数值模拟。通过模拟结果讨论了炉内不同时期气相速度分布、熔池液面冲击形貌和速度分布以及熔池内部不同深度处速度分布情况。研究结果发现,顶吹转炉中熔池液面凹坑处液体具有较大的速度,而在熔池凹坑外部区域速度降低至很小。不同熔池深度处,熔池液体速度随熔池深度的增加衰减较大。熔池内部搅拌弱区位于熔池中心底部和炉壁底部区域。
Numerical simulation software Fluent was used to simulate the three-dimensional flow field in a 100t oxygen top blown converter. Based on the simulation results, the gas velocity distribution, the impact surface morphology and velocity distribution in molten pool and the velocity distribution at different depths inside the molten pool were discussed. The results show that the velocity of the liquid in the pit of the molten pool in the top-blown converter has a great speed, and the speed in the outer region of the pit of the molten pool is reduced to a very small value. At different depths of molten pool, the liquid velocity of molten pool decays greatly with the increase of the depth of molten pool. The weak mixing zone inside the pool is located at the bottom of the pool and at the bottom of the furnace wall.
