印度共产党(马克思主义)是印度乃至东南亚地区最重要的共产党之一。2012年4月4日至9日,印度共产党(马克思主义)在喀拉拉邦科泽科德市召开了第二十次全国代表大会,大会对党章进行修改,选举产生新一届中央委员会和政治局委员,普拉卡什.卡拉特继续担任党的总书记。印度共产党(马克思主义)二十大对当前国际政治、经济大形势进行了分析和阐述,对拉美左翼运动、世界社会主义国家的发展状况进行了评析,指出社会主义是人类未来发展的唯一出路,提供了一个研究当代世界社会主义运动现状的独特视角。
The Communist Party of India (Marxist) is one of the most important Communist parties in India and even in Southeast Asia. From April 4 to April 4, 2012, the Communist Party of India (Marxist) held its 20th National Congress in Kozhikode, Kerala. The General Assembly revamped the party constitution and elected the new Central Committee. Political Bureau member, Prakash Kalat continued to serve as general secretary of the party.
