在太行山东麓,有一条绵延1500千米的“人间天河”——红旗渠,宛若银带镶嵌在林虑山腰。它是20世纪60年代河南省林州人民征服自然、改造自然的一座丰碑,被誉为“中国水的长城”。滔滔浊漳河水,沿着8米宽的红旗渠,奔腾而来,越峡谷,逢山开洞,遇沟架桥,到分水岭分三条干渠,南去北往,在林虑山腰蜿蜒伸展。红旗渠风景区由以下三部分分景区组成。
