1985年2月1～5日,中国石化总公司在齐鲁石化公司召开了总公司第二次节能工作会议,参加会议的有国家经委能源局和总公司有关部门及总公司所属36个企业代表214人.会上有11个单位进行了节能经验介绍和专题报告,并分炼油、化工、化纤、化肥四个专业进行了专题交流和讨论.会议沟通了信息,协调了工作,布置了任务.并评选了1984年全公司节能先进单位,讨论制定了《中国石油化工总公司企业能源管理条例(草案)》.
