随着新时期人口形势的转变、人口政策的调整,以及卫生和计生两大机构的整合,药具工作进入新的历史发展时期,药具干部面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。党的“三严三实”作风建设对新时期药具干部来说,具有重要的现实意义,关系着他们是否能够抓住机遇,应对挑战,确保药具工作实现成功融入与转型。文章从6个方面阐述了药具干部如何加强“三严三实”工作作风建设。
With the change of population situation in the new era, the adjustment of population policies, and the integration of the two major agencies of health and family planning, the work of pharmaceuticals has entered a new period of historical development. Drug-dealing cadres are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The construction of the Party’s style of “Three Strictnesses and Three Realizations” has important practical significance for drug cadres in the new era, and whether they can seize the opportunities and meet the challenges and ensure the successful integration and transformation of the pharmaceutical work. The article elaborates on how to reinforce the “three strictness and three realities” working style of drug-related cadres from six aspects.
