近几年来,高职院校思想政治理论课(以后简称“思政课”)教学在教材体系建设、教辅材料编印等方面得到显著增强的同时,教研教改活动却大多流于形式,成了薄弱环节。为了克服上述不足,与时俱进地做好思政课教研活动,进一步发挥好思政课教学对高职学生进行思想政治和道德法律教育的主渠道作用,各高职院校必须加强领导,确保时间;必须严格管理,检查评比;必须慧眼识珠,挑选优秀教师担任教研室主任;必须辩证施术,发挥老、中、青教师各自优势,促使教研活动多样化。
