人性化管理模式自从诞生以来,迅速在全球范围内得到了广泛的应用,得到了广大企业家和企业管理人员的认可。煤炭企业也是企业,也可以应用人性化管理方法进行管理。更有甚者,由于煤矿行业属于高危行业,好的管理方法将有助于减少煤矿安全事故,对于煤矿安安生产意义重大。文章首先对煤矿企业为什么要采用人性化管理进行了阐述,然后对煤矿企业如何实现人性化管理进行了探讨。
Since its birth, humane management mode has been widely used in the world quickly and has been recognized by a large number of entrepreneurs and business managers. Coal enterprises are also enterprises, but also can apply humanized management methods to manage them. What’s more, since the coal mining industry is a high-risk industry, a good management approach will help to reduce coal mine accidents and make a significant contribution to the safety of coal mines. First of all, the paper elaborates on why human resources management should be adopted by coal mining enterprises, and then discusses how to realize humanized management in coal mining enterprises.
