1973年对成都地区543例30岁以上正常人的血脂进行了全面分析,发现无症状高脂血症60例。1978年复查了两个单位的部分对象发现五年后正常人血脂平均含量显著升高,而高脂血症者则无明显改变。五年后正常人中高脂血症的发生率为33.9％,冠心病的发生率为3.6％;高脂血症者中冠心病的发生率为11.1％。
In 1973, 543 cases of normal people over the age of 30 in Chengdu, a comprehensive analysis of blood lipids, found 60 cases of asymptomatic hyperlipidemia. Some subjects in the two institutions reviewed in 1978 found that after five years, the mean levels of normal blood lipids were significantly increased, while those with hyperlipidemia did not change significantly. Five years later, the incidence of hyperlipidemia in normal people was 33.9% and the incidence of coronary heart disease was 3.6%. The incidence of coronary heart disease in those with hyperlipidemia was 11.1%.
