Recently, Yunnan Province has taken a series of measures to strengthen the administration of government foreign debts in order to prevent the provincial financial risks and ensure that foreign debts can be repaid on time. The measures stipulated that the government debt in Yunnan should be subject to centralized management and the authority and procedures should be strictly examined and approved. To apply for the use of government-related foreign debt, we must solicit the opinions of the financial department and submit it to the provincial government for approval.
