由四川省地质局航空区域地质调查队和一○七地质队五个分队承担的四川盆地约十五万平方公里的二十个一比二十万区域地质调查大面积多图幅联测,经过不到四年时间的努力,已于一九八一年上半年全部完成,并提交最终验收。与此同时,由四川地质局航空区域地质调查队、一○七队、省局科研所、省局遥感地质站及有关单位协作的《四川盆地陆相中生代地层古生物》、《遥感技术在四川盆地区域地质调查中的应用》专题研究项目也同时完成,一并提交评审。
