Two Interfacial Foundation of Schopenhauer's Pessimistic View on Life

Schopenhauer’s pessimistic philosophy has influenced the spirit of Western Philosophy.Its influence has been extended controversially.This paper gives an introduction to the two interfacial foundation of Schopenhauer’s pessimistic view on life.Schopenhauer’s pessimistic view on life is closely related with his life experience and the social experience,which has its social foundation.Meanwhile,Schopenhauer firstly put forward his will philosophy,and pessimism becomes the most important characteristic of Schopenhauer’s philosophy.His pessimistic ethics is directly from his metaphysical system.The establishment of main body is the metaphysical foundation of his pessimistic view on life,namely the theoretical basis.
