分析反冲洗过滤器的工作过程,建立污垢形成堵塞的数学模型,并采用MATLAB软件设计基于PID模糊控制的反冲洗系统。结果表明,与PID控制相比,PID模糊控制降低了污水对反冲洗管道的最大冲击力及反冲洗时间,避免了超调现象。且系统采样时间越短,其特性曲线越好。
The working process of the backwash filter was analyzed, a mathematical model of the clogging of the dirt was established, and the backwashing system based on PID fuzzy control was designed by MATLAB software. The results show that compared with PID control, PID fuzzy control can reduce the maximum impact and backwash time of sewage on backwash pipeline and avoid overshoot. And the shorter the system sampling time, the better its characteristic curve.
