目的采用HPLC法测定扎托布洛芬缓释胶囊的含量。方法采用Kromasil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(300∶200∶1),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长240 nm。结果 5～35μg·mL-1扎托布洛芬与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.03%,RSD=0.52%。结论所用方法准确可靠,简便,快速,适用于扎托布洛芬缓释胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of zatoprofen sustained-release capsules by HPLC. Methods The column was Kromasil C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (300: 200: 1) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- Results The linear relationship between peak area and concentration of 5 ~ 35μg · mL-1 zartoprofen (r = 0.9999) was obtained. The average recovery was 99.03% and RSD was 0.52%. Conclusion The method used is accurate, reliable, simple and rapid and suitable for the quality control of zatoprofen sustained release capsules.
