各市劳动和社会保障局:根据劳动和社会保障部等五部委《关于印发城镇职工基本医疗保险诊疗项目管理、医疗服务设施范围和支付标准意见的通知》(劳社部发[1999]22号)精神,我们制定了《山东省城镇职工基本医疗保险诊疗项目目录》和《山东省城镇职工基本医疗保险医疗服务设施项目范围》,现印发给你们,并提出以下意见,望认真贯彻执行。一、《山东省城镇职工基本医疗保险诊疗项目目录》采用排除法,分别列基本医疗保险基金不予支付费用的诊疗项目目录和基本医疗保险基金支付部分费用的诊疗项目目录。属于基本医疗保险不予支付费用的诊疗项目,基本医疗保险基金不予支付;属于基本医疗保险基
