细胞色素P4501B1(CYP1B1)是一种重要的P450系氧化代谢酶,广泛存在于肝外组织,参与代谢一些外源性化合物及前致癌物,同时还是17β-雌二醇代谢的关键酶。CYP1B1基因多态性与多种肿瘤(如乳腺癌、结直肠癌、子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌)易感性相关。研究还发现CY1B1在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,而在相应正常组织无表达,这为抗肿瘤药物及免疫治疗提供了新的靶点。综述CYP1B1基因及其多态性、调节机制、代谢特异性、组织特异性表达及其在妇科肿瘤中的研究现状。
Cytochrome P4501B1 (CYP1B1) is an important P450 oxidative metabolic enzyme, widely present in extrahepatic tissues, involved in the metabolism of some exogenous compounds and pro-carcinogens, and is also a key enzyme in 17β-estradiol metabolism. CYP1B1 gene polymorphism and a variety of tumors (such as breast cancer, colorectal cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer) susceptibility. The study also found that CY1B1 expression in a variety of tumor tissues, but not in the corresponding normal tissues, which provides a new target for anti-tumor drugs and immunotherapy. The CYP1B1 gene and its polymorphism, regulatory mechanism, metabolic specificity, tissue-specific expression and its status in gynecologic oncology were reviewed.
