新课程标准指出:“数学教学是师生交往、互动与共同发展的过程,教师是课堂气氛的调节者,在课堂教学中,为了营造学生自主发展的课堂氛围,教师应以平等的态度去热爱、信任和尊重每一位学生,满足学生的发表欲、表现欲鼓励他们大胆创新。”因此建立民主和谐的课堂,创设自由开放的数学课堂,培养学生创新意识,是当前实施有效课堂
