本文对两种辐射与杂交结合方式所产生的诱变效果进行了研究,试验结果表明:不论照射亲本后杂交还是照射杂种当代,其后代大多数性状的变异系数、突变率大于只杂交不照射的后代,尤以辐射杂种当代的效果最佳,但不同辐射方式所产生变异的大小与组合的遗传背景有关。
In this paper, the mutagenic effects of two radiation and hybridization methods were studied. The results showed that the mutation coefficient and mutation rate of most of the traits of offspring were greater than that of the non-irradiated ones Descendants, especially radiation hybrids the best contemporary effect, but the size of the variation produced by different ways of radiation and the genetic background of the combination.
