现阶段开发一种基于GPRS网络的远程诊断车载终端具有重要的现实实际价值和意义。在车载终端建设完成之后,诊断服务的经济性,及时性和专业性都将得到大幅度的提升。本文设计的终端系统是由微处理器,总线控制器,GPRS通信模块和GPS模块四个模块组成的。在本文的设计之中,系统通过总线控制器实现与车载的控制单元的连接,本系统之中的数据在经过微处理器的整合打包之后通过互联网发送到远程的服务器上。本文的重点内容是介绍了远程诊断车载终端的实现原理以及这一系统之中的软件与硬件的具体设计。本文在设计完成之后,利用发动机台架等进行了实际的检测实验,实验的结果表明,本文设计的基于GPRS的远程诊断车载终端运行十分的稳定可靠,可以对汽车的电子控制单元进行实时的监控。
At present, developing a remote diagnosis vehicle terminal based on GPRS network has important practical value and significance. After the construction of vehicle terminal is completed, the economy, timeliness and professionalism of diagnostic services will be greatly enhanced. The terminal system designed in this paper is composed of four modules: microprocessor, bus controller, GPRS communication module and GPS module. In the design of this article, the system through the bus controller to achieve the connection with the vehicle control unit, the data in the system after the integration of the microprocessor package sent via the Internet to the remote server. The key point of this paper is to introduce the realization principle of remote diagnosing vehicle terminal and the concrete design of software and hardware in this system. After the design is completed, the actual test is carried out by using the engine bench. The experimental results show that the remote diagnosis vehicle terminal based on GPRS designed in this paper is very stable and reliable, and the electronic control unit of the vehicle can be monitored in real time .
