用CHO细胞SCE测试系统对燕山石油化学总公司居民区大气可吸入尘和饮水提取物的致突变性进行了检测。结果表明,从总公司的向阳、东风、东炼和前进化工厂生活区以及对照点红光机械厂生活区采集的可吸入尘提取物均具有明显的致突变活性,而从夏村、羊头岗、苏村和万佛堂水源以及红光机械厂采集的饮水提取物均未见致突变活性。
The mutagenicity of inhalable dust and drinking water extract of residential area of Yanshan Petrochemical Company was tested by CHO cell SCE test system. The results showed that the inhalable dust extracts collected from the living areas of Xiangyang, Dongfeng, Dongliang and Qianhua Chemical Plant and the living areas of Red Light Machinery Factory of the head office all had obvious mutagenic activity. From Xiacun and Sheepou Kong, Su Village and Wan Fo Tang water sources and drinking water extracts collected by Hongguang Machinery Factory showed no mutagenic activity.
