P24抗原检测、HIV RNA PCR、病毒分离、第四代HIV抗原抗体诊断试剂盒等方法都不同程度地用于诊断急性HIV感染,但由于各种方法在价格、技数、敏感性等方面存在制约其被广泛应用的因素,所以还不能广泛用于在高危人群中进行筛查急性HIV感染者。本文主要综述了Pooled HIV RNA RT-PCR一种新的将大量样本混合后检测HIV RNA的低成本、高特异性和敏感性的实验室诊断方法,其主要用于筛查急性HIV感染者。
