电加热方法在粘油储运中应用,还是一项先进的新型加热技术。文中简要介绍了国外粘油电加热的发展情况、粘油电加热的主要方式和主要设备等;对油库采用电加热的可行性作了初步分析;对石油储运系统的管路和各式油罐中的粘油采用电加热的方法及设备进行了初步探讨。随着我国“四化”建设的迅速发展,此项技术的研究必将得到重视和广泛的应用。
Electric heating method in the sticky oil storage and transportation applications, or an advanced new heating technology. This paper briefly introduces the development of foreign viscous electric heating, the main methods of viscous electrical heating and the main equipment; the preliminary analysis of the feasibility of electric heating of oil depot; the pipeline of oil storage and transportation system and all kinds of oil The viscous oil in the tank was first explored by electric heating method and equipment. With the rapid development of “four modernizations” in our country, the research of this technology will surely get the attention and extensive application.
