当前,国家“走出去”战略正处于全面升级的关键时期,“一带一路”、国际产能合作战略加速推进,互联互通、三网一化等配套政策不断落地,推动我国建筑企业“走出去”不断升级。本文站在企业高级管理者的角度,针对建筑企业国际业务转型升级过程中的管理重点,从发展战略、组织体系、商业模式、风险控制、人才建设、文化融合6个方面进行分析和研究,探索出提升企业国际业务管理能力的系列举措。
At present, the national strategy of “going global” is at a crucial stage of an all-round upgrade. Supporting policies such as “One Belt and One Road”, accelerating international cooperation in capacity-building strategy, interconnection and interoperability, and other three supporting policies continue to push the construction enterprises in China “Going out” constantly upgrade. From the perspective of senior managers, this paper analyzes and studies six aspects of development strategy, organization system, business model, risk control, talent building and cultural integration in view of the management priorities in the international business transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises. A series of measures to enhance the international business management capabilities of enterprises.
