新海发电有限公司# 11 汽轮机高中低压三缸流通部分采用当代汽轮机最先进技术和设计手段进行改进。改进后,三缸通流效率都达到预期目的,热耗率降低568kJ/kW h,出力增加20MW,机组安全可靠性得到提高。本次改造的成果表明:采用先进技术对电厂运行的老机组进行改造是节约能源和改善环境的重要途径。
Xinhai Power Generation Co., Ltd. # 11 steam turbine high school low pressure three-cylinder circulation part of the contemporary steam turbine using the most advanced technology and design tools to be improved. After the improvement, the efficiency of the three-cylinder throughflow reaches the expected goal, the heat consumption rate is reduced by 568kJ / kW h, and the output is increased by 20MW, the safety and reliability of the unit is improved. The results of this transformation show that using advanced technology to transform old units operating in power plants is an important way to save energy and improve the environment.
