对于一般高层建筑的施工来说,悬挑支承平台的设置,仅仅起支承脚手架的作用。即使高层建筑的高度很高,还是可以通过搭设各种形式的悬挑脚手平台的方法,但是,对于立面造型特殊,上部比下部大得多,而且上部挑出部位又很高的高层建筑来说,如蘑菇状高层建筑、层顶设有旋转餐厅的高层建筑等,悬挑支承平台不仅有脚手架传来的荷载,还有其它施工荷载;而且上部凸出结构挑出下部墙面的幅度较大,装拆平台临空操作,作业条件很差,平台自重也大,拆除时还往往受净空限制,垂直运输设备设置困难,安全威胁大,施工有较大难度。这类悬挑平台的设计、搭设与拆除还没有成熟的经验可供借鉴。本文介绍上海远洋宾馆旋转餐厅
For the construction of high-rise buildings in general, the setting of cantilevered support platforms only serves as a supporting scaffold. Even if the height of a high-rise building is very high, it is still possible to use various forms of cantilevered scaffolding. However, it is a high-rise building with a special elevation, a much larger upper part than the lower part, and a very tall upper part. For example, if there is a mushroom-shaped high-rise building or a high-rise building with a revolving restaurant on the top of the floor, the cantilevered support platform not only has the load transmitted from the scaffolding but also has other construction loads; and the upper protruding structure picks out the amplitude of the lower wall. Larger, installation and dismantling platforms are operated at short distances. The operating conditions are poor, and the platform has heavy self-heavy weight. When dismantled, it is often subject to head-on clearance, vertical transportation equipment is difficult to set up, and the safety threat is great. Construction is difficult.
