起重机械是一种高能耗的机电设备,尤其是大型塔式起重机、造船门式起重机、架桥机等重型起重机,其消耗的电能甚至会超过设备本身的成本。简要介绍了起重机械能耗情况,总结了起重机械的工作特性和能耗方式,分析了起重机械的能量转化过程。根据起重机械的特点,参考国内外相关研究成果,研究了起重机械的能效测试方法,并结合起重机械能效测试技术,制定了起重机械的节能措施。
Crane machinery is a high-energy mechanical and electrical equipment, especially heavy cranes such as large tower cranes, shipbuilding gantry cranes and bridge erecting machines, which can even consume more electricity than the cost of the equipment itself. The energy consumption of crane is briefly introduced. The working characteristics and energy consumption of crane are summarized. The energy conversion process of crane is analyzed. According to the characteristics of the crane, referring to the relevant research results at home and abroad, studied the energy efficiency testing methods of the crane, and developed the energy-saving measures of the crane with the energy efficiency testing technology of the crane.
