苏州人句土话:“合(音 gě)做生意合(割)出血来”。这句话虽然未免以偏概全,但也确实反映了现实经济生活中的一种现象,也是人们在实践中总结出的一条“教训”。我国于1997年就颁布了《合伙企业法》,将合伙经商办企业纳入了法制化、规范化轨道,使勇于创业的人们合伙经商办企业有法可依。这促使我国合伙企业的迅猛发展,成为我国以公有制为主体的多种经济成份共同发展的一个组成部分。应当肯定,我国合伙企业的兴起和发展是健康的。同时也应看到,合
