21世纪的青年医务人员思想开放、信息灵通、接受新事物快。作为一名思想政治工作者,在认真分析青年医务人员成长过程的主客观因素的同时,必须加强对青年医务人员的教育引导,积极探索加强青年医务人员思想政治工作的有效途径和方法。思想政治工作者以做好岗前培训为起点、在工作中以人为本、注重情感交流,并引进激励机制,力求在新形势下做好思想政治工作,促进医院长期发展。
In the 21st century, young medical staffs are open-minded, well-informed and receptive to new things. As an ideological and political worker, while carefully analyzing the subjective and objective factors of the growth of young medical staff, we must strengthen the education and guidance of young medical staff and actively explore effective ways and means of strengthening the ideological and political work of young medical staff. Ideological and political workers take pre-service training as a starting point, people-oriented work in their work, pay attention to emotional exchanges, and introduce incentives to strive to do ideological and political work in the new situation and promote long-term development of the hospital.
