从利益相关者角度分析了合资铁路企业与其利益相关者之间的风险相关性,认为合资铁路企业风险与其利益相关者风险有正相关的关系。提出了对风险的控制与防范的建议,得出减少利益相关者风险与实现企业绩效是一致的,企业为利益相关者负责有利于企业的长期发展的结论。
From the perspective of stakeholders, this paper analyzes the risk correlation between joint-venture railroad enterprises and their stakeholders and thinks that there is a positive relationship between the risks of joint-venture railroad enterprises and their stakeholder risks. Puts forward some suggestions on how to control and prevent risks, and concludes that reducing the risks of stakeholders is consistent with the achievement of corporate performance, and that corporate responsibility for stakeholders is in the long-term development of the enterprise.
