国际原子能机构于1996年1月15日至19日在马来西亚首都吉隆坡举办了亚太地区医疗用品工业化辐射消毒法规、标准培训班。辐射消毒灭菌技术,已被证明为医疗产品和药品的工业灭菌的一种主要方法。对于任何工业灭菌加工处理,建立消毒灭菌工艺法规都是非常重要的。最近国际标准组织(ISO)和欧洲共同体(EU)发展了新的标准:医疗卫生护理用品的消毒——辐射消毒的生效和常规控制要求(ISO 11137)。该标准阐明,加工控制与加工生效主要与三方面有关:生物效应,材料对辐射处理的适合性和工业消毒灭菌装置的质量。本培训班就是向亚太地区的区域性合作协定成员(RCA)国,介绍有关医疗用品辐射消毒灭菌的ISO最新标准ISO 11137等。
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) organized the training course on radiation disinfection industrialized medical supplies in Asia Pacific in Kuala Lumpur, capital of Malaysia, from January 15 to January 19, 1996. Radiation sterilization technology has proven to be a major method of industrial sterilization of medical products and pharmaceuticals. For any industrial sterilization processing, the establishment of disinfection and sterilization process laws and regulations are very important. Recently, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the European Community (EU) have developed new standards: Sterilization of Medical and Hygiene Care Products - Entry into Force and General Control Requirements for Radiation Sterilization (ISO 11137). The standard states that the effectiveness of processing control and processing is mainly related to three aspects: biological effects, the suitability of materials for radiation treatment, and the quality of industrial sterilization devices. This training course is to introduce to the member countries of the Asia-Pacific Regional Cooperation Agreement (RCA) about the latest ISO standard ISO 11137 for radiation sterilization of medical supplies.
