以血液制品作替代疗法是现代血友病治疗的重要手段之一。血液制品的副作用如过敏、溶血、血栓形成、肝炎及产生抗因子Ⅷ(F·Ⅷ)抗体等已为人们所熟知,但是它的免疫损伤性副作用也日益为人们所关注。现知甲型血友病患者由于输注F·Ⅷ冻干浓缩物(LYOPH)所致的细胞免疫损伤反应包括获得性免疫缺陷综合征(Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome,AIDS),血小板减少性紫癜及Evan′s综合征。现扼要综述如下。一、AIDS 最近,Lederman等与Menitove等分别报道19例和22例无症状甲型血友病患者免疫学研究结果。用LYOPH治疗者分别为11例
