应用微核测定法研究了匀强磁场的致突变效应。结果表明:1.在0~5000G.S范围内,微核细胞率与照射剂量呈线性关系(r=0.9871823)。以最小二乘法进行回归分析,得到经验回归直线Y=2.81904762+0.00126571D。2.在3000G.S时,在0~180分钟的范围内,微核细胞率与照射时间增长呈非线性关系。用多项式回归分析,得到经验多项式回归曲线Y=3.731464+1.751274t-0.1680962t~2+0.002084t~(?)+0.0001321t~4(r=0.9276326)。
The application of micronucleus test to study the mutagenic effect of uniform magnetic field. The results showed that: 1. In the range of 0 ~ 5000G.S, there was a linear relationship between the rate of micronuclei and irradiation dose (r = 0.9871823). Regression analysis using the least squares method, the empirical regression line Y = 2.81904762 + 0.00126571D. 2. At 3000G.S, in the range of 0 ~ 180 minutes, the rate of micronuclei was non-linear with the increase of irradiation time. Polynomial regression analysis showed that the empirical polynomial regression curve y = 3.731464 + 1.751274t-0.1680962t ~ 2 + 0.002084t ~ (?) + 0.0001321t ~ 4 (r = 0.9276326).
