在钻孔,扩孔时,钻模上钻套孔径公差一般按D_b或D_c选取,而对钻套孔径磨损限差通常不作规定。我们在设计钻模时,在这方面作了具体规定,现介绍如下; 一、来源钻套孔径与钻头之间的最小间隙按基轴制D_c下偏差值选取,钻套孔径公差按基轴制D_(b1)上偏差值选取。当工件孔径小于10毫米时,钻套孔径磨损限差等于基轴制D_c的下偏差值加上基轴制D_(c4)上偏差值.当工件孔径大于10毫米时,钻套孔径磨损限差等于基轴制D_c的下偏差值加上基轴制D_(c4)上偏差值,再加上基轴制D_b下偏差值。为便于设计现将1—50毫米孔径钻套孔径公差与磨损限差列入下表:
