企业为了顺应技术与管理水平的快速变化,建立了“学习型组织”。使各类知识能够在企业内部扩散,从而提高了企业的经营管理水平。然而随着员工的离职等原因,容易导致知识向外扩散,培养了竞争对手,给企业带来严重的危害。预防知识扩散是企业在经营管理中永恒不变的话题,如何防止自己的知识被竞争对手学习,保持竞争优势需要从各方面入手,既要拥有高道德的员工,更要制度建设;既要培养员工的忠诚度,更要企业制定切实可行的战略,让企业与员工都有美好的愿景,让员工知道企业将有辉煌的未来,自己有很好的前途。通过多种措施的采取,内部知识的对外扩散一定有所降低。
