Arhdd-Chiari malformation (ACM cerebellar tonsil hernia deformity) is a congenital dysplasia of the nervous system. Our hospital from 1992 to May 1996 were treated 26 cases of ACM patients, are now combined with the literature as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information; 15 males and 11 females.
