随着社会经济的快速发展,人们生活水平得到了大幅度的提高,对精神文化生活水平的质量要求也越来越高,这就给基层群众文化工作带来新的挑战。而作为基层文化站的主要领导者,站长的工作发挥着重要的作用,直接关系着基层文化站群众文化工作开展的质量,才能更好的促进社会主义建设的实施和发展。本文通过对基层群众文化工作的重要性进行了分析,阐述了加强群众文化工作的具体途径,以供参考。
With the rapid social and economic development, people’s living standards have been greatly improved, and the quality requirements of spiritual and cultural living standards are also getting higher and higher, which brings new challenges to grass-roots mass cultural work. As the main leaders of grassroots cultural stations, the stationmaster’s work plays an important role, which is directly related to the quality of mass cultural work carried out by grassroots cultural stations, in order to better promote the implementation and development of socialist construction. Based on the analysis of the importance of grass-roots mass culture, this paper expounds the specific ways of strengthening mass culture for reference.
