应用 HRP 逆行传递法和改进的 Nauta 法研究了9只猫大脑皮质向三叉神经脊束尾侧核的投射。终于三叉神经脊束尾侧核的皮质纤维,主要起源于对侧冠状回和前上斯氏回、前外斯氏回的前部。少量纤维起于同侧的各回。所有起源细胞均位于皮质的第Ⅴ层,大多为锥体形细胞。皮质三叉纤维沿锥体束下降,分布于三叉神经脊束尾侧核的巨细胞亚核和带状亚核中。对皮质与三叉神经脊束尾侧核的解剖所见及机能意义进行了讨论。
Projections of the cerebral cortex of 9 cats to the caudal nucleus of the trigeminal nerve were studied using the HRP retrograde transfer method and the modified Nauta method. The cortical fibers of the caudal nucleus of the trigeminal nerve tendon finally originate from the contralateral coronaries and antecedent sphincter back, and the anterior exoskeleton back. A small amount of fiber from the same side of the back. All origin cells are located in the fifth layer of the cortex, mostly pyramidal cells. Cortical trisomy decreased along the pyramidal tract, located in the caudal trigeminal nerve nucleus giant cell sub-nucleus and sub-nucleus. The anatomical findings and functional significance of the caudate nucleus of the cortex and the trigeminal nerve are discussed.
