我的文章多次在中央、省、市和企业的报上发表。一些基层通讯员问我有什么“奥妙”,我就用创作体会“十字经”给他们讲解。这“十字经”是:一是“志”,即立志。做到“三心一苦”:热心于宣传,恒心于写作,潜心于钻研,时常保持一种不畏困难、乐于吃苦的创作进取精神。二是“听”,即多听。耳朵要贴近市场和企业生产经营活动,贴近工会工作,贴近职工,贴近岗位,耳听八方,就能听到一些有价值的新闻线索。三是“看”,即常看。常看各种报
