一、前言太极拳是我国传统的武术项目之一,迄今已有300多年的历史。它综合性地继承和发展了我国民间和军队中的各家拳法,并吸取了中医基本理论的经络学说,使之成为整体的、内外统一的内功拳。在锻炼时,要求意识、呼吸和动作三者密切结合,达到内外合一。实践证明,练太极誊不仅可以修性、强身、而且还可以治疗疾病。本课题的目的是进一步观察我国陈式和杨式太极拳对人体的影响,并为其补充必要的生理学依据。
I. Preface Taijiquan is one of the traditional martial arts projects in our country. So far, it has a history of more than 300 years. It comprehensively inherited and developed various boxing laws among the civilians and the armed forces in our country and absorbed the meridian theory of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine to make it a unified internal and external internal boxing. In exercise, the demand for awareness, breathing and movement in close conjunction with the three, to achieve unity inside and outside. Practice has proved that practicing Tai Chi 誊 not only can repair, physical, but also can cure the disease. The purpose of this topic is to further observe the impact of Chen-style and Yang-style Taijiquan on human body and to supplement the necessary physiological basis.
