为探索人工流产术最佳镇痛方法,我院于1995年始,采用二种简便方法进行手术,收到满意效果,现报道如下。一、资料与方法(一)资料:自1995～1998年我院门诊人流术共226例,年龄18～28岁,妊娠6～8周。随机分为三组。(二)用药方法:Ⅰ组:为观察组,76例,常规消毒外阴、阴道及宫颈,于宫颈3点与9点处进针,抽吸无回血后注入2%利多卡因各1ml,1分钟后行人流手术。Ⅱ组:也为观察组,75例,肌注安定10mg,15分钟后行人流手术。Ⅲ组:为对照组,75例,术前不给镇痛药,按常规手术。三组之间孕产次、宫颈条件等无
To explore the best method of analgesia induced abortion, our hospital in 1995, using two simple methods of surgery, received satisfactory results, are reported below.
