在美国,有90％以上的生产井是靠人工抽油的,这意味着油田的工程技术人员要花费大量时间来照看抽油设备。正确地选择抽油设备是获得高产和降低成本的关键因素。 在人工抽油装置中,主要的是传统的杆式抽油装置,约占人工抽油装置总数的85％,在这方面,有各种尺寸和容量的井下和地面设备。但是在某些流量和井深条件下,则必须采用其他的抽油装置,其中之一便是水力活塞泵。
In the United States, more than 90% of production wells rely on artificial pumping, which means that oilfield engineers spend a lot of time looking after pumping equipment. Proper selection of pumping equipment is a key factor in achieving high yields and reducing costs. Among the manual pumping units, the main ones are the conventional rod pumping units, which account for about 85% of the total number of man-made pumping units. In this regard, underground and ground equipment of various sizes and capacities are available. However, at some flow rates and well depths, other pumping units must be used, one of which is the hydraulic piston pump.
