The in-situ neutron adjustment and calibration for neutron texture diffractometer (NTD) was finished in 2012. IN order to calibrate NTD, the diffraction pattern of TiO2 (φ10 mm×20 mm cylindrical sample) was measured. Firstly, the TiO2 sample was fixed on the sample holder and immerged in the neutron beam with the cross section of 20 mm wide and 30 mm high. Second, the 2θ scan in the range of 25° to 72° was carried out in 0.1° step with respect to given monitor counting. Finally, the Rietveld profile refinement method was used to analysis the data by Fullprof program.
