人的功能测定,也叫做人的能力差异鉴别。它在我国已有1500多年的历史。《汉书杜歆传》有“观本行于乡党,考功能于官职”的记载,这是我国较早的功能测试。在国外,法国心理学家比奈和医生西蒙,于1905年进行了人的智力方面的测验,从儿童扩及到军队和其他各种职业人员。我国在“五四”运动期间,曾有人编写过这方面的测验材料。苏联在十月革命后,随着建设事业的大规模开展,急需大量人材,也采用过这种方法。
The determination of human function is also called the identification of differences in human capabilities. It has more than 1,500 years of history in our country. The Chronicle of Du Fu in Han Dynasty has a record of “watching the line in the township and examination functions in official positions”, which is an earlier function test in China. In foreign countries, the French psychologist Binay and Dr. Simon Simon conducted human intelligence tests in 1905, expanding from children to the military and various other professional personnel. During the “May 4th Movement” in China, some people had written test materials in this area. After the October Revolution in the Soviet Union, with the large-scale development of the construction industry, a large number of talents were urgently needed and this method was adopted.
